Lawyer and economist, Victor has 15 years of experience in the electricity sector, working in the areas of regulation, energy trading and development of generation projects in the free, regulated and self-production markets. He acted as Specialist in Energy Regulation and Commercialization at ENEVA S.A. and as Regulation Manager at Cia. Positiva de Energia. He has also participated in P&D projects related to economic regulation and energy trading. He advises national and international clients on complex regulatory and contractual issues, in energy and transmission auctions, in mergers and acquisitions and in strategies for acting before regulatory bodies. He is the author of numerous publications on the subject in specialized magazines.
