Experience
Luana focuses on tax advisory, assisting companies in preparing for the impacts of tax reform and structuring strategic tax planning. She also develops tax solutions for succession and wealth planning, with an emphasis on legal certainty and tax efficiency. Her experience includes litigation involving the recovery of federal, state, and municipal taxes.
