Experience
With 18 years of experience in real estate law, Rodrigo is a recognized expert in the field. He has been instrumental in developing various courses, lectures, and seminars throughout the country on a wide range of topics related to real estate. In addition to being a post-graduate professor specializing in real estate development, land subdivision, and real estate registry, he also provides advisory services to notaries and registry offices. Rodrigo’s expertise extends to multi-purpose real estate projects, shopping centers, subdivisions, and regularization of large areas for real estate development. He is particularly skilled in contractual and corporate structuring focused on real estate business, guarantee deeds, and development. As the co-head of the Real Estate Law practice at Mosimann-Horn, Rodrigo brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.
Formation
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Law, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina;
- Bachelhor of Law, Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2001).
