Experience
Acácio is a highly experienced expert in handling complex litigation matters in criminal law. He has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with various corporate criminal issues, such as those related to government contracts, fraud, social security, and taxes, among others. Additionally, he has extensive experience handling cases that involve government and political agents. As the coordinator of the criminal law team at Mosimann-Horn, Acácio leads a team of highly skilled legal professionals in providing exceptional legal counsel and support to clients.
