Experience

Bettina has experience in strategic litigation, arbitration, and mediation in both domestic and international disputes, having worked in Brazil, France, and Austria. She has advised Brazilian clients in arbitration proceedings and annulment actions seated in Paris, as well as in investment arbitration under ICSID rules. In Brazil, she assisted a telecommunications group in parallel arbitration and annulment proceedings seated in São Paulo. She has participated in arbitrations conducted under the rules of CAM-CCBC, ICC, CMAA-ACIF, CAM-FIEP, and CAM-B3. Bettina also has experience in disputes involving the free energy market, infrastructure, and renewable energy. She worked with the United Nations Secretariat in Vienna, supporting the working groups of UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law).
