Ítalo has expertise in issues related to public law, in complex issues that relate mainly to government and political agents, government contracts, the environment, sanitation, healthcare, infrastructure, transportation and logistics, energy and the third sector. He works both in consulting and litigation, with vast experience in dispute resolution in the courts. He is the coordinating partner of the practice of public law of the Mosimann-Horn firm. Ítalo is also mentioned by Chambers and Partners as one of the most important lawyers in Public and Administrative Law in Santa Catarina. He is also an experienced fisherman and diver, which is reflected in his serenity and skillfulness in handling extremely unusual and troubling issues in his daily work with public law.
