Experience
Jaiber is a valuable member of Mosimann-Horn’s high-volume litigation team, with a particular focus on dispute resolution involving insurance companies. In addition to his legal work, he is actively involved in the firm’s social responsibility program (MH Social) and serves as a member of the committee responsible for its implementation. Jaiber is also a key participant and contributor to the firm’s Committee for Racial Inclusion, reflecting his commitment to promoting diversity and equality within the legal profession.
