As a coordinator of the high-volume credit recovery and insurance team at the firm, Janaína has successfully managed more than 8,000 cases with a focus on improving and mitigating legal losses related to large-scale litigation. She works closely with clients’ legal and administrative departments to ensure the best possible outcomes for their cases. With a wealth of experience in credit recovery, Janaína is known for her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. She plays a key role in developing and implementing the work methodology, as well as training the staff to effectively handle high-volume litigation.
