He also has broad experience in conducting strategic and multifaceted corporate operations. He assisted one of the main mergers and acquisitions in Santa Catarina in 2020, involving the sale of one of the most important universities in southern Brazil. He is also one of the coordinators of the practice of real estate and construction business and a member of the staff active in innovation and technology (Optima MH).
