Rodrigo is a highly accomplished attorney with a strong track record of success in strategic corporate litigation. He has particular expertise in industrial and medicinal gases, public transportation, and retail trade, and has played a key role in coordinating staff working on high volume litigation. Rodrigo is also one of the idealizers of the firm practices of technology and innovation and data protection and privacy.

As the Director and managing partner of Mosimann-Horn, Rodrigo brings his unique personality and levity to bear in coordinating the administrative, financial, and commercial operations of the firm.
