Experience

Since graduating, Rodrigo has built his career in strategic litigation and advisory, with experience in sectors such as industrial and medical gases, public transportation, and retail. Today, as Managing Partner at Mosimann-Horn, he oversees the firm’s operations, leading the areas of Administration, People & Culture, Communication, and Technology — with a unique blend of clarity, lightness, and pragmatism. He is one of the creators of the firm’s Technology & Innovation practice and leads the MH Social and Compliance programs. Rodrigo has been recognized by Leaders League as one of the leading corporate lawyers in Southern Brazil. A Florianópolis native in soul and essence, he grew up by the sea and has been passionate about surfing since the age of 10. A black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, he brings to his daily work the discipline, strategy, and resilience of the sport — with the calm of someone who has learned to read challenges before they fully emerge.
